Rates

Fixed Innovations rate policies are as follows:

Labor is billed with a 1 hour minimum, and in half-hour increments after the first hour. First hour to be paid prior to start of work all billed time following first hour is paid after job is complete. In some cases systems require further scans or tests that can not be performed in a timely manner on-site. These systems will be brought back to the lab for repair and delivered upon completion.

If a customer does not have time to wait for a repair on-site we can bring the system back to our lab for repairs. There is a half-hour charge for pickup if residence or business is more than 10 miles away.

Computer System Repair:

• $30 per hour for remote support
• $55 per hour for residential customers.
• $65 per hour for business customers.

Print, Website & Logo design:

• $75 per hour. (email or call for quote)

Blocks of time can be purchased at a discounted rate. (minimum 5 hours)

Before remote support can start we must first setup an appointment.

All work is warrantied for 30 days.
